Given the huge success of the monthly discount coupon and the Loyalty Program, we've decided to expand the audience who can benefit from the monthly discount coupon, while also simplifying and streamlining the criteria for accessing the Loyalty Program. The program will no longer require you to place at least two different orders, but will instead be based on the value of these orders.
From now on, Tier 0 members (from today the Introductory Tier) will also be able to find the monthly discount code in the sidebar of the home page (or in the menu at the bottom if you access it from a smartphone).
Additionally, we’ve introduced a storewide base discount of 2% for all Introductory Tier customers, and raised the base discount for Tier 1 customers to 3%.
The requirements for accessing the Loyalty Program have also changed: from now on it will be possible to join with an order of at least 50 euros, or with 2 orders of a total value less.
If you have only placed orders without any immediate payment (those of 0 euros), you will be able to enter the Loyalty Program when at least a part (a preorder deposit) of an order of at least 50 euros in total value is actually paid, or if you pay 2 preorder deposits of lesser value.) In short, as long as the amount actually paid remains 0 euros, the Loyalty Program will not be activated, to avoid abuse of the system.
EXAMPLES OF ACCESS TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM:
1) Order of at least 50 euros paid immediately -> Access to the Introductory Loyalty Program Tier or higher depending on the value of the pre-order.
2) Two orders of 20 euros paid immediately (or in any case with the sum of the 2 orders less than 50 euros) -> Access to the Introductory Tier Loyalty Program
3) Pre-orders over €50 without immediate payment -> Access to the Loyalty Program once a pre-order deposit has been paid. Depending on the value of the pre-order, you will be granted access to the corresponding Tier.
