How to Pay for Pre-Orders

For pre-orders, you can choose from several payment methods, depending on availability. All products must be paid in full before shipping.

PREORDER DEPOSIT

You can choose to pay a deposit by selecting the “Preorder Deposit” option.

With this payment method:

  • you pay 30% of the product price upfront;
  • when the product is close to release, you will receive a payment request for the remaining balance;
  • if the customer cancels the pre-order, the deposit will be refunded as Store Credit;
  • if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the pre-ordered product, you will receive a refund and compensation.

If the balance is not paid within 30 days of the payment request, the pre-order will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded as Store Credit.

If you have any issues with a deadline, contact us before the request becomes overdue: we can discuss a later date together.

PREORDER DEPOSIT +

With the “Preorder Deposit +” option, you can place a pre-order without any immediate payment.

With this payment method:

  • at the time of order, you pay €0;
  • after one month, you will receive a payment request for a 30% deposit;
  • when the product is close to release, you will receive a payment request for the remaining balance;
  • if canceled, any payments made will be refunded as Store Credit;
  • if we are unable to provide you with the product, you will receive a refund and compensation.

If any of the payment requests are not paid within 30 days, the pre-order will be canceled and any payments already made will be converted into Store Credit.

If this is your first order using this payment method, the deposit must be paid within 10 days of receiving the payment request.

Important: the initial amount of €0 does not represent the price of the product and does not mean that the product is free. The total price is the one indicated in the “Pay the full amount now” option and will be paid according to the chosen plan.

PREORDER DEPOSIT 4 INSTALLMENTS

With the “Preorder Deposit 4 Installments” option, you can split the payment into four parts.

With this payment method:

  • at the time of order, you pay €0;
  • after one month, you will receive a request for the first installment, equal to 25% of the total price;
  • you will also receive an estimated schedule for the other 3 installments;
  • the installments will be spread out, as evenly as possible, until the product is released.

If the customer cancels the pre-order, any installments already paid will be refunded as Store Credit.

If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the pre-ordered product, you will receive a refund and compensation.

If a payment request is not paid within 30 days, the pre-order will be canceled and any payments already made will be converted into Store Credit.

If this is your first order using this method, the first installment must be paid within 10 days of receiving the payment request.

If you have already placed an order using the standard Preorder Deposit and would like to convert it to an installment plan, contact us.

PREORDER DEPOSIT 6 INSTALLMENTS

With the “Preorder Deposit 6 Installments” option, you can split the payment into six parts.

With this payment method:

  • at the time of order, you pay €0;
  • after one month, you will receive a request for the first installment, equal to 16.67% of the total price;
  • you will receive an estimated schedule for the next 5 installments;
  • the installments will be spread out, as evenly as possible, until the product is released.

If the customer cancels the pre-order, any installments already paid will be refunded as Store Credit.

If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the pre-ordered product, you will receive a refund and compensation.

If a payment request is not paid within 30 days, the pre-order will be canceled and any payments already made will be converted into Store Credit.

UPCOMING RELEASES AND INSTALLMENT PLANS

All pre-orders must be paid in full before shipping.

For this reason, if the product's release date is too close:

  • some installment or deferred payment options may not be available;
  • installments may be closer together than usual;
  • the plan will still be organized so that payment is completed by the time the product arrives.

The release date indicated on the product page remains an estimate and is subject to change.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

The available payment methods may vary based on the customer's payment history.

In cases of missed payments, repeated cancellations, requests left unanswered, or improper use of flexible payment options, some methods—such as payments with an initial amount of €0, installments, deposits, or other deferred payment options—may not be available.
