How to Pay for Pre-Orders

PREORDER DEPOSIT

You can choose to leave a deposit by selecting the "Preorder Deposit" option. If you choose this option, you'll only pay 30% of the product price as a deposit. When the product is close to release, we'll send a payment request via PayPal to pay the remaining amount. If you cancel your preorder, the deposit will be refunded via Store Credit. If for any reason we're unable to deliver the preordered product, you'll receive a refund and compensation.

If the second installment of the pre-order is not paid within 30 days of the payment request, the pre-order will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded as Store Credit. If you encounter any problems, or wish to pay at a later date, please contact us and the pre-order will not be canceled.

PREORDER DEPOSIT +

You can pay with the "Preorder Deposit +" option. If you choose this option, you won't pay anything when you place your order. After a month, we'll send a payment request for the 30% deposit. When the product is closer to release, we'll send a payment request via PayPal for the remaining balance. If you cancel your preorder, the deposit will be refunded via Store Credit.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver the pre-ordered product to you, you will receive a refund and compensation.

If one of the two payment requests is not paid within 30 days of the payment request, the pre-order will be canceled and any deposit paid will be refunded as Store Credit. If you encounter any problems, or wish to pay at a later date, please contact us and the pre-order will not be canceled.

If this is your first order and you place an order using this payment method, the deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the payment form.

PREORDER DEPOSIT 4 INSTALLMENTS
You can pay with the "Preorder Deposit 4 Installments" option. If you choose this option, you won't pay anything when you place your order. After one month, we'll send you a payment request for the 25% deposit. We'll also send you an estimate of when you'll receive payment requests for the remaining three installments. Depending on how close you are to the figure's release date, we'll try to evenly spread the payments so they're convenient to pay and there's an average of the same amount of time between installments.

If the customer cancels the pre-order, the deposit and installments will be refunded via Store Credit. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the pre-ordered product, you will receive a refund and compensation.

If this is your first order, and you place an order using this payment method, the first installment payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the payment form.

If you've already ordered with the "classic" preorder deposit and want to convert it to an installment payment, please contact us.

To ensure a smooth and secure ordering process, we require full payment for your products before shipping. This applies to all orders, including those placed using pre-order options. You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready to ship, followed by tracking details once it ships.
