SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Destinations, costs, and couriers

Penguin’s Crown ships primarily to Italy and Germany.

For deliveries in Italy, we mainly use SDA/Poste Italiane and UPS.

For deliveries in Germany, we mainly use the BRT/DPD network.

The available shipping method and its cost are shown during checkout and may vary based on the destination, weight, and characteristics of the order.

Shipping is free for in-stock products and pre-orders. For made-to-order, on-request products, or any additional services, applicable costs are indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Available products

Products available in stock are prepared and entrusted to the courier within the times indicated on the website or in the order confirmation.

After shipment, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking code, if provided by the service used.

Pre-orders and made-to-order products

The dates indicated for pre-orders and made-to-order products are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors and may be subject to earlier or later delivery times independent of Penguin's Crown.

Shipment is made after the product arrives at our warehouse and any required payments are completed.

The customer will be informed in case of significant changes in availability or the estimated date.

Orders with multiple products

When an order contains multiple products with different availability dates, items are normally shipped progressively as they arrive at our warehouse.

The customer may therefore receive the same order through multiple separate shipments, without having to wait for all products to be available.

For each shipment, the corresponding tracking code will be sent, if provided by the service used.

Delivery address

The customer is required to carefully check the address entered in the order.

If the order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to request a change of address by contacting us promptly.

After the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, changing the address may no longer be possible.

Delays, losses and damages

The times communicated by the courier are indicative and may vary due to causes not directly controllable by Penguin’s Crown.

In the event of an apparently lost, stuck, or delivered shipment with obvious damage, please contact us stating the order number and, if useful, attaching photographs of the package.

Penguin’s Crown will assist the customer with checks and the eventual opening of a claim with the courier.
