Loyalty Program

We've introduced a discount program for our most loyal customers!

The various tiers are calculated based on the amount spent in our store over the last 18 months.

Those who are part of the Loyalty Program will receive a discount code every month, with unlimited uses.

This discount code will appear on the homepage, just below the large image at the top of the page.

The only limitation is when canceling orders/pre-orders. If you've spent €650 in the last 18 months, but cancel a €100 pre-order, for example, your total in-store spend will be €550.

When you place a pre-order with a Preorder Deposit, the full amount will be counted towards your Loyalty Points, not just the deposit amount, to avoid penalizing those who use this payment method.

If you've only placed orders without any immediate payment (those starting at 0 euros), you'll be able to join the Loyalty Program once at least a portion of your order has actually been paid (a pre-order deposit or installment). In short, as long as the amount actually paid remains 0 euros, the Loyalty Program won't be activated, to prevent system abuse.

ADVANTAGES OF EACH TIER:

TIER 1 (At least €50 spent in the store in the last 18 months) : Repeatable monthly discount code of 6% valid on the entire store.

TIER 2 (At least €400 spent in-store in the last 18 months): Repeatable monthly 8% discount code valid on the entire store.

TIER 3 (At least €600 spent in-store in the last 18 months): Repeatable monthly 10% discount code valid on the entire store.

HOW TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE

If you purchase by making a payment (not zero), you will have to enter the discount code at checkout.
Once entered, you will see that the price will automatically decrease, confirming that the coupon has been applied correctly.

If you place an order with zero payment (zero deposit or installments), a mini cart will open where you can enter the code.
Then don't worry: as soon as you complete your order, we'll manually apply the loyalty discount.
