LOYALTY PROGRAM

We have introduced a discount and benefits program for our most active customers!

The various Tiers are calculated based on the amount spent in our store in the last 15 months.

Members of the Loyalty Program will have discounts automatically applied to their cart every time they add products.

In case of cancellation or refund of an order or pre-order, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the Loyalty count.

For example, if you have spent 650 euros in the last 15 months but cancel a pre-order of 100 euros, the total amount considered for the Loyalty Program will become 550 euros.

When you place a pre-order with a Preorder Deposit or installment payment, the full product amount will be counted, not just the amount already paid as a deposit or installment, to avoid penalizing those who use this payment method.

If you have only placed orders without any immediate payment, meaning orders initially for 0 euros, you can join the Loyalty Program when at least part of the order is actually paid, such as a deposit or an installment.

As long as the actually paid sum remains 0 euros, the Loyalty Program will not be activated, to prevent system abuse.

TIER 1

At least 50 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months.

Automatic 3% discount applied to the cart on any product.

Automatic 5% boost discount applied to the cart on products in these categories: all stock · Nendoroid · Pop Up Parade · Look Up · Tenitol · Sega, Taito, Furyu, System Service and Banpresto Figures

TIER 2

At least 250 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months.

Automatic 5% discount applied to the cart on any product.

TIER 3

At least 400 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months.

Automatic 5% discount applied to the cart on any product.

Automatic 8% boost discount applied to the cart on products in these categories: all stock · Nendoroid · Pop Up Parade · Look Up · Tenitol · Sega, Taito, Furyu, System Service and Banpresto Figures

Free shipping on Made-to-Order Products for orders over 49 euros.

▶ HOW TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE

Simply add products to your cart, but you must do so while logged into your account or the Loyalty discounts will not be applied.

For zero-euro orders, you don't need to do anything; if you are a Loyalty member, we will apply it automatically when calculating the various amounts to be paid.

 

HISTORICAL LOYALTY BONUS

The loyalty built over the years is not erased!

The Historical Loyalty Bonus applies to both customers who are already part of the Loyalty Program and those who were part of it in the past and decide to return.

For each year spent in the Loyalty Program, the threshold required to reach or maintain the various Tiers will be reduced by 10 euros, up to a maximum reduction of 50 euros.

Concrete example:

A customer who has spent 4 years in the Loyalty Program will have a reduction in thresholds of 40 euros.

Their personal thresholds will therefore become:

  • Tier 1: from 50 euros to 10 euros

  • Tier 2: from 250 euros to 210 euros

  • Tier 3: from 400 euros to 360 euros

If the customer is already part of the Loyalty Program, this reduction will help them maintain their Tier more easily or reach the next one.

If they are no longer part of the Loyalty Program, a new purchase will allow them to re-enter more easily without starting from scratch.

For organizational reasons, we cannot modify all Loyalty levels at once.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus will therefore be calculated and applied progressively to customers who continue to purchase and those who become active again, starting from their first new purchase with actual payment.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus does not keep the Loyalty level active in the absence of purchases. If you no longer have valid spending in the last 15 months, you will normally exit the program; the historical benefit will only be reactivated with a new purchase that involves actual payment.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus is not a discount code, a Store Credit, or money that can be used to pay for an order. It only serves to reduce the threshold required to reach, maintain, or recover the various Tiers of the Loyalty Program.

In short, those who are already Loyal are rewarded for their seniority, while those who return do not start from scratch!

Occasionally, Penguin's Crown may activate promotions, discount codes, or initiatives dedicated to specific channels, communities, events, or collaborations. These initiatives are separate from the Loyalty program, can also be used by Loyalty customers if they have the relevant code, are not cumulative with Loyalty codes or other discount codes, and may have specific conditions.
