Loyalty Program

LOYALTY PROGRAM

We have introduced a discount and benefits program for our most loyal customers!

The various Tiers are calculated based on the amount spent in our store in the last 15 months.

Members of the Loyalty Program will receive a personal discount code each month, with unlimited uses during the month.

The discount code will appear on the homepage, directly below the main image, after logging into your account.

In the event of an order or pre-order cancellation or refund, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the Loyalty count.

For example, if you have spent 650 euros in the last 15 months but cancel a 100 euro pre-order, the total amount considered for the Loyalty Program will become 550 euros.

When you place a pre-order with a Preorder Deposit or installment payment, the full amount of the product will be counted, not just the amount already paid as a deposit or installment, so as not to penalize those who use this type of payment.

If you have only placed orders without any immediate payment, meaning orders initially for 0 euros, you can enter the Loyalty Program when at least a portion of the order is actually paid, such as a deposit or an installment.

As long as the actually paid amount remains 0 euros, the Loyalty Program will not be activated, to prevent system abuse.

BENEFITS OF EACH TIER

TIER 1

At least 50 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months.

Repeatable monthly discount code of 5% valid on:

  • all in-stock products

  • Nendoroid

  • Pop Up Parade

  • Look Up

  • Tenitol

  • Prize Figures from Sega, Taito, Furyu, and System Service

  • Banpresto products

For these categories, the discount is valid for both in-stock products and pre-orders and made-to-order products.

TIER 2

At least 250 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months.

Repeatable monthly discount code of 5% valid on the entire store, including Scale Figures, statues, pre-orders, and made-to-order products.

TIER 3

At least 400 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months.

Repeatable monthly discount code of 5% valid on the entire store.

Monthly discount code on certain categories, such as Nendoroids, with a discount greater than 5%.

Free shipping on Made-to-Order Products for orders over 49 euros.

▶ HOW TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE

If you purchase by making a payment (not zero), you will need to enter the discount code at checkout.
Once entered, you will see the price automatically drop, confirming that the coupon has been applied correctly.


If, however, you place an order with zero payment (down payment or zero installments), the mini cart will open where you can enter the code.
Then don't worry: as soon as the order is complete, we will manually apply the loyalty discount.

Occasionally, Penguin’s Crown may activate promotions, discount codes, or initiatives dedicated to specific channels, communities, events, or collaborations. These initiatives are separate from the Loyalty program, can also be used by Loyalty customers if they have the relevant code, are not cumulative with Loyalty codes or other discount codes, and may have specific conditions.

HISTORICAL LOYALTY BONUS

Loyalty built over the years is not cancelled!

The Historical Loyalty Bonus applies to both customers who are already part of the Loyalty Program and those who were part of it in the past and decide to return.

For each year spent in the Loyalty Program, the threshold required to reach or maintain the various Tiers will be reduced by 10 euros, up to a maximum reduction of 50 euros.

Concrete example:

A customer who has spent 4 years in the Loyalty Program will have a threshold reduction of 40 euros.

Their personal thresholds will therefore become:

  • Tier 1: from 50 euros to 10 euros

  • Tier 2: from 250 euros to 210 euros

  • Tier 3: from 400 euros to 360 euros

If the customer is already part of the Loyalty Program, this reduction will help them maintain their Tier more easily or reach the next one.

If they are no longer part of the Loyalty Program, a new purchase will allow them to re-enter more easily without starting from scratch.

For organizational reasons, we cannot modify all Loyalty levels at once.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus will therefore be progressively calculated and applied to customers who continue to purchase and to those who become active again, starting from their first new purchase with actual payment.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus does not keep the Loyalty level active in the absence of purchases. If you no longer have valid spending in the last 15 months, you will normally exit the program; the historical benefit will only be reactivated with a new purchase that involves actual payment.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus is not a discount code, Store Credit, or money that can be used to pay for an order. It only serves to reduce the threshold required to reach, maintain, or regain the various Tiers of the Loyalty Program.

In short, those who are already loyal are rewarded for their seniority, while those who return do not start from scratch!
