Payments
You can pay with:
- Paypal (also available "Pay in 3" for Italy)
- Credit/debit card
- Bank transfer
If you encounter any problems, we recommend contacting support via the " Contact Us " form.
Shipping
- In Italy: always free shipping with tracking (UPS, DHL, Crono)
- In Europe: UPS or express mail, always with tracking
- There are no customs fees or extra charges to pay
Returns and Defective Products
- Claims must be sent within 14 days of receipt, attaching photos of the defect
- Refunds or replacements are only provided for actual product defects (not for damage to the box)
- Video games with activated codes are not refundable
Product Types
- In Stock: Available for immediate shipment
- Pre-order: bookable, with arrival on the indicated date (subject to change)
- Made to Order: Product can be ordered from suppliers, with variable lead times (approximately 3 weeks or more). Some products may require longer lead times (indicated in the description).
Refunds and Cancellations
- You can request a refund to your payment method within 30 days of placing your order.
- After 30 days: the refund will be made via Store Credit
- NON-CANCELLABLE Pre-orders cannot be cancelled

Box Protection (Box Condition)
- All boxes are checked before shipping
- In the event of damage, a refund of the following is automatically recognized:
- 2% for minor damage
- 5% for medium damage
- 10% for serious damage
- When possible, the product is replaced with one with a perfect box.
- Does not apply to products marked "Box Damaged"
Pre-Orders – How They Work
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a copy of the product that will be released on the date indicated in the product description.
There are three modes available:
Preorder Deposit
- 30% is paid at the time of ordering
- When the product is available from the supplier, the balance is requested
- In case of cancellation: Store Credit
Preorder Deposit +
- It is possible to order without immediate payments.
- After one month a 30% deposit is required
- When the product is available from the supplier, the balance is requested
- In case of cancellation: Store Credit
Preorder Deposit in 4 Installments
- It is possible to order without immediate payments.
- After one month the first installment (25%) is requested
- An estimate for the next three installments follows
- When the product is available from the supplier, the balance is requested
- In case of cancellation: Store Credit
For all modes:
- Payment must be made within 30 days of the request
- For first orders, payment is required within 7 days.
Pre-orders are NON-CANCELLABLE
- These types of pre-orders are not cancellable.
- Failure to pay will result in permanent exclusion from the store
Loyalty Program
The loyalty program offers exclusive discounts to our most active customers. In the event of improper behavior, we reserve the right to revoke access.
