Request a Figure/Pre-Order/Brand/Product Line

If you are interested in a specific figure or product that we don't have listed in our store (or it's out of stock), you can ask us to search for it in the Japanese Market or from one of our suppliers.

If we can order/pre-order it, we'll get back to you with the price and a link to order. For rare/old items, please note that prices may be a bit steep; we apologize in advance, but importing from Japan is expensive (and time-consuming).

You can express your interest in a specific brand or product category that we don't list. This way, we'll know about your interest and can try to process it in the future, even pre-ordering it, if we see enough interest.

It may take some time to respond, as it may take a few days to find the required roles.
Please note that we may be slower to respond during weekends or holidays.
