TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS
You can pay via PayPal (Pay in 3 is available in Italy) or credit/debit cards . You can also pay by bank transfer . To pay, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed with the checkout process, which will ask you to enter your payment details.
If you have any problems with your payment, please contact us using the “Contact Us” form.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product shows defects, please contact us with clear photos of the defect within 14 days of receiving the product. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will offer a refund (full or partial) or replacement, if available. We carefully inspect the product before shipping it.
Returns are accepted only for product defects, not just damage to the box.
For video games, we cannot provide refunds if they can be activated via codes.
WITHDRAWAL AND FUTURE LIMITATIONS
The right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery is always guaranteed, as required by current legislation, with a refund on the payment method used.
The company reserves the right to refuse future orders or pre-orders from customers who have forced the cancellation of pre-orders marked as non-cancellable, or who have generated disputes that do not comply with the Terms of Purchase.
BOX CONDITIONS AND “BOX PROTECTION” PROGRAM
Before shipping each product, we carefully inspect the box. If the box is damaged, we automatically apply a partial refund as a courtesy: 2% for minor damage, 5% for medium damage, and 10% for severe damage.
Whenever possible, before shipping a figure with a damaged box, we'll try to reorder another item with a perfect box, if available from our suppliers, and then ship the figure with the perfect box. This isn't always possible (rare or expensive products), so we offer an automatic refund as compensation.
It is not possible to request a partial refund for a damaged box: the refund is applied by us automatically.
This program does not apply to products marked as “Box Damaged” in the title.
REFUND POLICY
If you request a refund for an order or pre-order, for any reason (including changing your mind), we can refund the amount to the payment method used within 30 days of placing the order .
After 30 days , a refund will be possible but will be issued via Store Credit .
Made-to-Order/On-Demand products cannot normally be cancelled; if you encounter any problems, please contact us and we'll find a solution.
It remains understood that the 14-day withdrawal (for eligible products) is refunded to the original payment method.
PRODUCTS IN STOCK / PREORDERS / MADE TO ORDER
In Stock : products in stock, immediate shipping (the listings often include a photo of one of the products).
Pre-order : This product has an indicative release date and is subject to change; we'll notify you if a new release date is announced.
Made to Order : This is a product that is not in stock and can be ordered from suppliers. “Standard” products take an average of ~3 weeks; for Japan Imports, the estimate is indicated on the product page. “Made to Order” products require immediate payment (in full or in part) and cannot be cancelled .
“ON REQUEST” SECTION
Products we can order from the supplier only if the customer is interested . We cannot accept cancellations for these products once they have been paid for. Lead times are generally longer than for "Made to Order" products (minimum ~1.5 months from order).
If we are unable to obtain the product, we will refund the full amount to the payment method used.
PREORDER POLICY
By pre-ordering an item, you are asking us to reserve a copy of the product you will receive upon release, accepting that the date may vary.
To pre-order you must pay the full price immediately or leave a deposit .
PREORDER DEPOSIT
You pay a 30% deposit. As the product nears release, we'll send a PayPal request for the balance. In the event of a cancellation , the deposit will be refunded via Store Credit . If for any reason we're unable to supply you with the pre-ordered product, you'll receive a refund and compensation.
If the balance is not paid within 30 days of the request, the pre-order will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded as a Store Credit . If you encounter any problems, please contact us to arrange a later date and avoid cancellation.
PREORDER DEPOSIT +
You pay nothing when you place your order. After one month, we'll send you a request for a 30% deposit . The balance will be required upon checkout. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded via Store Credit . (For non-cancellable pre-orders, we require an immediate 50% payment.)
If one of the two requests is not paid within 30 days , the pre-order will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be converted into Store Credit .
If this is your first order using this method, the deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the payment form.
PREORDER DEPOSIT 4 INSTALLMENTS
You don't pay at the time of ordering. After a month, we'll send you a request for a 25% deposit and an estimate for the next three installments, spread evenly until the order is released.
In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the deposit and installments paid will be refunded via Store Credit . If we are unable to supply you with the product, you will receive a refund and compensation.
If a request is not paid within 30 days , the pre-order will be cancelled and any amounts already paid will be converted to Store Credit .
If this is your first order using this method, the first installment must be paid within 7 days of receiving the form.
Note : For some installment or deferred payment options, the system may display a starting price of €0 ; this is not the total price or a free offer. The actual price is the one indicated in the "Pay the full amount now" section and will be paid according to the terms you choose.
If you've already ordered with the "classic" preorder deposit and want to convert it to payment in installments, contact us.
For a smooth and secure process, we require full payment before shipping (this applies to all orders, including pre-orders). You'll receive notification when your order is ready and tracking details after it ships.
PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE
NON-CANCELLABLE pre-orders can never be cancelled . Forced cancellation or non-payment will result in indefinite exclusion from the store.
The installment option for non-cancellable pre-orders is only available to Loyalty customers at the time of pre-order. If pre-ordered by non-Loyalty customers, the order can be maintained by paying the second installment within 5 days ; the subsequent two installments will be paid at later dates.
ABUSE OF PRE-ORDER METHODS
Pre-orders nearing release (next 3 months) : When you place a pre-order (even for €0), you're asking us to order a product from the supplier for you. If you fail to pay (instalments or deposit + balance) for upcoming products within 3 months, your ability to place pre-orders from your account will be suspended for 1 year .
Non-cancellable pre-orders : cannot be cancelled. Failure to pay the second installment will result in the customer being banned from the order indefinitely .
Anti-Ghosting Policy : For pre-orders without immediate payment (installments/deposits), if our payment requests and subsequent reminders are ignored despite our reminders, the customer may find their purchasing permissions limited to “In Stock” orders only . This restriction is applied to the account; to remove it, please contact us (e.g., the possibility of placing pre-orders with an immediate deposit).
Misuse of pre-orders : The company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse future pre-orders from customers who make repeated or significant cancellations , resulting in significant financial impact. Such behavior will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at the company's sole discretion.
CANCELLATION OF PREORDERS
Pre-order cancellations are possible except in the following cases: NON-CANCELLABLE pre-orders , Made to Order and On Request products, products already arriving at our warehouse or close to being released .
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if requested within 30 days of placing your order; after 30 days, the refund will be issued via Store Credit .
For Preorder Deposits and for installments already paid, the refund always occurs via Store Credit .
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us.
If you force or threaten to force us to cancel a pre-order, especially if it is non-cancellable , we reserve the right to block pre-orders on your account and, if necessary, cancel current and future accounts .
SHIPPING
In Italy we usually ship with UPS, DHL, or Crono Postal Service . Shipping within Italy is always free and tracked .
In the European Union countries we ship with UPS or Express Post , always with tracking.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
The Loyalty Program is a discount program dedicated to our most active customers. We reserve the right to revoke it at any time in the event of malicious or improper behavior.
