We have added 2 new payment options, the usual Preorder Deposit and Full Payment will obviously remain unchanged.
This is a Preorder Deposit where you don't have to pay the deposit immediately, but rather one month after placing your order. It's another preorder method where payment is essentially in installments (or in installments, if you prefer), in 4 installments.
Pre-orders with the new payment methods are those with a + in the name. If you'd like to pre-order a product that doesn't have the installment payment option, please contact us. The same goes for converting an existing pre-order with a traditional deposit to an installment payment option.
PREORDER DEPOSIT +
You can pay with the "Preorder Deposit +" option. If you choose this option, you won't pay anything when you place your order. After a month, we'll send a payment request for the 30% deposit. When the product is closer to release, we'll send a payment request via PayPal for the remaining balance. If you cancel your preorder, the deposit will be refunded via Store Credit.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the pre-ordered product to you, you will receive a refund and compensation.
If one of the two payment requests is not paid within 30 days of the payment request, the pre-order will be canceled and any deposit paid will be refunded as Store Credit. If you encounter any problems, or wish to pay at a later date, please contact us and the pre-order will not be canceled.
PREORDER DEPOSIT 4 INSTALLMENTS
You can pay with the "Preorder Deposit 4 Installments" option. If you choose this option, you won't pay anything when you place your order. After one month, we'll send you a payment request for the 25% deposit. We'll also send you an estimate of when you'll receive payment requests for the remaining three installments. Depending on how close you are to the figure's release date, we'll try to evenly spread the payments so they're convenient to pay and there's an average of the same amount of time between installments.
If the customer cancels the pre-order, the deposit and installments will be refunded via Store Credit. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the pre-ordered product, you will receive a refund and compensation.
If any payment requests are not paid within 30 days of the payment request, the pre-order will be canceled and the deposit and installments already paid will be refunded as Store Credit. If you encounter any problems, or wish to pay at a later date, please contact us and the pre-order will not be canceled.
