Following feedback from several customers over the past few days asking why we were no longer updating the incoming orders page, we have updated and revamped the pre-order/upcoming made-to-order section and will continue to keep it updated as much as possible.

The answer to why we didn't update it anymore, however, is: "We thought no one would look at it." Since it's obviously convenient and popular, we'll use it more to keep you updated.
Please, before losing your patience and asking for cancellations, contact us asking why your order isn't appearing (it could be an oversight on our part), why it's late, or whatever information you'd like.
If there are any problems, if we make a mistake, TELL US. We're eBay-trained, so despite any flaws we may have, we're very accustomed to communicating with customers. We respond to every email. There are very few of us, so we need our time, but we'll respond to everyone anyway, very willingly.
