SHOP NEWS/UPDATES, FOR ACTIVE CUSTOMERS ONLY

JANUARY 4, 2026

For several months, we have been analyzing our Loyalty Program with the goal of making it sustainable in the long term.

While remaining an interesting and appreciated method, it is based on principles established several years ago, and today fewer and fewer stores are able to maintain a comprehensive Loyalty Program like ours.

We do not intend to remove it, but it is necessary to adapt it to the current market to continue offering it in the future.

For this reason, we have decided that, starting from February 1st, the maximum discount applicable via Loyalty code will be 5%, also reminding that for new pre-orders, a limited-time discount of at least 30 days is always active.

This choice allows us to maintain free shipping on most products and continue to offer all our payment methods.

Finally, we will continue to propose special months whenever possible, as we have done in the past with the enhanced Loyalty Code: it was an experiment that you greatly appreciated, and which was also positive for us 😄

We thank you for your trust and will continue to do our best!
