Premium Store disponibile e cambiamenti riguardanti i Backorder Japan Import

Hello! The Premium Store is now available for all Loyalty Program members! In this "sub-store," you can order products that we can import from Japan upon request! All backorders were usually in the same category in our store, but we decided to separate them to protect ourselves. In recent months, we've had a lot of problems with backorders, due to the hesitation and fear of so-called "distracted" customers who ordered without reading any of the rules and then asked to cancel the backorder after a few days. This caused us major problems, especially since we were often talking about €300-€400 products from Japan that had already been purchased, leaving us with a need to refund the customer.

We've therefore decided to maintain a selection of low- to medium-priced products in the "Japan Import" backorders and create the Premium Store to continue offering more sophisticated, higher-priced products without risking significant financial setbacks. Of course, we understand the right of withdrawal, but please remember that this is an additional service we offer, so we require serious customers who know what they're doing to avoid further problems.

By limiting Premium Store access to Loyalty Program customers, we hope to reduce many backorder issues. Please note that backorders (both Regular and Premium) cannot be cancelled, and if they are cancelled, we will be forced to limit your access to the Premium Store. This also applies to Regular backorders. Any customer who requests cancellation of a backorder will be banned from the "Backorder" section (and in some cases, from the Preorder section).

We've also created a new Tier for Loyalty Program customers, Tier 0, which doesn't offer in-store discounts but does offer access to the Premium Store. Every customer who has spent €50 in the last 18 months will move to Tier 0 after their second order on the site.

As for backorders, both regular and premium, from now on we'll need at least a month to import any product. When you place a backorder, we'll send you a message with the estimated arrival date and updates regarding your backorder, just like we do with preorders. (Or at least we try.)
