Starting today, you can also choose to pay in installments for non-cancellable figures!
We don't want to be rude or anything, but we have to protect ourselves somehow. Unfortunately, we have no guarantees with a single payment of 25% of the product if we don't know a customer at all or if they've never ordered from us.
We are therefore forced to diversify this payment method, which theoretically should be reserved for Loyalty customers.
For Loyalty customers , when ordering, it works exactly like a standard payment in four installments, just like any other product. A standard 25% payment is made, followed by three additional installments spread over the following months.
If you see the monthly discount coupon in the menu, you're a Loyalty customer. If you've spent at least €50 in the last 18 months, you're a Loyalty customer. (If you're not, it's because we still need to update the tiers.)
In any case, we don't want to exclude anyone or preclude any customer interested in our services. This is a protection method, and it's written in the terms of use, so we must somehow verify the true intention of a customer we don't know to pay in installments. For us, this is a significant risk.
For a non-Loyalty customer , as an additional security measure, to verify the real intention and seriousness of the purchase, we will be forced to request payment of the second installment within 5 days of the pre-order.
PLEASE NOTE: We've currently only been able to offer installment payments on the last 100 non-cancellable products placed on pre-order. If you'd like to use this option on a product that doesn't have the installment option, please contact us and we'll add it for you!
