Recently, we've seen an increase in requests for pre-orders and figures from new customers, which unfortunately haven't always translated into actual sales. This has required a significant expenditure of time and resources, taking away energy we would have preferred to dedicate to improving our service.
For Figure Requests (Catalogue):
From now on, following unsuccessful requests for figures, access to the specific section of our website ( https://penguinscrown.com/richiedi-un-prodotto-cat... ) will be blocked for 6 months for customers who have not made a payment. This rule does not apply to requests made via email.
For Pre-Orders Close to Release (Next 3 Months)
When you place a pre-order, even for zero euros, you're asking us to order a product from the supplier for you. If you fail to pay (whether in installments or deposit plus balance upon release) for upcoming products within three months of your order, your ability to place pre-orders from that account will be suspended for one year.
For Non-Cancellable Pre-Orders:
Some pre-orders, by their very nature, cannot be cancelled. Therefore, cancellation requests for these pre-orders cannot be accepted. Failure to pay for the second portion of the order will result in the customer being banned from our store for an indefinite period.
These measures are necessary to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible service to our respectful customers, who deserve our full attention and dedication. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
