Due to serious technical issues, we had to migrate to a new platform. Here's a quick summary of what's changed compared to our previous site:
LOGIN
This platform's system is no longer password-based; to log in, simply enter your email address and you'll receive an access code. This is useful for checking your active orders, but if everything checks out, the site should be almost entirely usable without a login.
LOYALTY
To use your Loyalty benefits, you no longer need to log in to the site. You'll only need to log in once a month to view your monthly discount code. All other discounts will now be applied based on the discount code you entered during checkout. Monthly Loyalty discount code uses are now unlimited.
We're manually updating all Loyalty customers. If you're not already listed as a Loyalty customer, don't worry; everything will be fully active again within a few days. Any discount codes you had on the old site will still work here.
DISCOUNT CODES AND ZERO ORDERS
For discount codes it works like on the old site EXCEPT for zero orders, the platform does not accept discounts for zero orders, but you can enter the discount code as an Order Note, here we explain with images how to do it correctly: HERE
WISHLIST
The wishlist can be used even when logged out; logging in to the site is not required.
OFFERS ON IN STOCK PRODUCTS!
We have activated offers on products in stock, valid until July 20th.
EXTRA SITE FUNCTIONS AND BUGS
If you'd like features that aren't available or were available on the other site, or if you encounter any bugs, please contact us so we can fix them and improve the service for everyone. We did everything in 3 days, so there will definitely be bugs, but we're ready to fix them as quickly as possible.
