Hi! We've got some exciting news! We've added a payment method called "Pay Later (Max 5 Days)." This payment method will allow you to order a product and pay for it within a maximum of 5 days, without requiring immediate payment!
Furthermore, given the widespread delays from manufacturers and suppliers, for the well-known reasons, we have decided to extend the Loyalty Program retention period from 12 to 18 months. This change will be in effect at least until the situation normalizes and employee exits become more regular.
We recently changed suppliers; you've probably noticed how slow we've been getting pre-orders lately. We're working to catch up and will do our best to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible!
We are having (and will have...) problems with pre-orders on eBay, so if you can pre-order here on our site, we can provide a better service and you will be able to buy products that we won't let us sell on eBay.
We'll soon be creating an Italian version of the Terms of Service and FAQ. We apologize for the lack of them so far, but until recently, our clientele was predominantly non-Italian.
