Hello! As part of the Loyalty Program's modernization, we have introduced some changes:
- We have changed the spending threshold required to enter Tier 2, decreasing it from 400 to 250.
- Consequently, we have reintroduced Level 3 of the Loyalty Program.
- The duration of the period considered for calculating the amount spent has been reduced from the last 18 months to 15.
This choice is to better reward active customers.
The changes to the Loyalty Program will not result in any retroactive lowering of the current level.
In the coming days, we will progressively update the levels according to the new criteria.
Currently, the Loyalty Tiers offer these benefits:
TIER 1 (At least 50 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months)
Repeatable monthly discount code of 5% valid on:
- all in-stock products
- Nendoroid, Pop Up Parade, Look Up, Tenitol, Prize figures (Sega, Taito, Furyu, System Service) and Banpresto, whether in stock, pre-order, or on order.
TIER 2 (At least 250 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months)
Repeatable monthly discount code of 5% valid on all store items.
TIER 3 (At least 400 euros spent in the store in the last 15 months)
Repeatable monthly discount code of 5% valid on all store items.
Monthly discount code on specific categories (e.g., Nendoroids) with special discounts.
