Introduzione Bonus Fedelta' Storica del Loyalty Program! 🔥

We've decided to make it easier for all customers who are, or have been, part of our Loyalty Program to maintain or reactivate their Loyalty level!

Below you'll find a technical explanation of the new Historical Loyalty Bonus. 🌞

The Historical Loyalty Bonus applies to both customers who are already part of the Loyalty Program and those who were part of it in the past and decide to return.

For every year spent in the Loyalty Program, the threshold required to reach or maintain the various Tiers will be reduced by 10 euros, up to a maximum reduction of 50 euros.

Concrete example:

A customer who has spent 4 years in the Loyalty Program will have their thresholds reduced by 40 euros.

Their personal thresholds will therefore become:

  • Tier 1: from 50 euros to 10 euros

  • Tier 2: from 250 euros to 210 euros

  • Tier 3: from 400 euros to 360 euros

If the customer is already part of the Loyalty Program, this reduction will help them to more easily maintain their Tier or reach the next one.

If they are no longer part of the Loyalty Program, a new purchase will allow them to re-enter more easily without starting from scratch.

For organizational reasons, we cannot modify all Loyalty levels at once.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus will therefore be calculated and progressively applied to customers who continue to purchase and those who become active again, starting from their first new purchase with effective payment.

The Historical Loyalty Bonus is not a discount code, a Store Credit, or money that can be used to pay for an order. It only serves to reduce the threshold required to reach, maintain, or recover the various Tiers of the Loyalty Program, but we believe it can still be useful and a way to reward those who are or have been Loyalty customers. 🐧
