A product "On Demand" is a product we don't have in stock but can we can order for you from our Japanese or European suppliers if you are interested in buying it.
What are the extimated times to receive an item On Demand?
Usually it is required at least three weeks for Japan Import, less for EU Import products, in order for us to buy it and receive it from our suppliers.
Products on Demand are shipped from where?
We always ship from Italy. We receive every product and provide to the package personally.
Do I have to pay immediately?
Yes, since the product is ordered from our suppliers specially for you, immediate payment is required.
