Where is my Preorder?
In this section of our shop, you can find the status of all preorders. If for example, you preordered "Bring Arts Terra", with an estimated release date of August 2021, going in the section "Preorder August 2021" you can follow where your preorder is.
Since we import also from Japan, and especially in this turbulent period delays happen very often, we hope with this service to inform everyone of you about the status of your preorders.
The possible availability statuses are the following:
Awaiting release: Product not yet released
Available from our supplier: the product is available from our supplier and is ready to be shipped to our warehouse
Shipped to us from Japan/supplier: our supplier shipped the product
In Customs (Italy): Clearance processing from Customs
Available at our warehouse/awaiting shipping: we received the product and will ship as soon as possibile
