Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are valid from 23 June 2021.
Payments

It is possible to pay through Paypal or Credit Cards. Bank Deposit Payment is also possible, please contact us if you wish to pay with that method. In order to proceed with payment, you can add the products you want to buy to the cart, and then proceed with the checkout process, that automatically will ask you to insert your payment details.

In case of problems with payments, please contact us through the "Contact Us" module.

    

Returns and Refunds 

If a product you received shows some damage, contact us with the form on our site and attach a photo showing clearly the damage within 7 days from the reception of the package. You can do this process in the case of clearly visible production defects of a figure or product, we'll find in every way possible to help you offering you a return and refunds on a case by case basis. Before shipping a product we accurately check it, avoiding to ship products with boxes visibly damaged. If a box shows some damage, we'll write it in the product description. We cannot open the boxes or they'll lose the "New" Condition. 

As for videogames, we cannot give refunds of games that can be activate through codes.

 

Product Conditions 

Every product is labeled as NEW if it's a boxed product, never opened before.

USED product is a product that can have a box or not, as stated in every single page of the product. 

 

In Stock/Preorders/Backorder

A product labeled as "In Stock" is a product we have in our warehouse and is ready to be shipped right after an order.

A product in "Preorder" is a product with an announced future release, that you can order in advance.

A product in "Backorder" is a product we don't have in stock but can we can order for you from our suppliers. Usually the time required from the time of your request to the reception of the product is of 1-3 months for Preorders Japan Import. For all "normal" preorders usually we need 3 weeks. For Backorders we require immediate payment of the product.

The user accepts the terms contained in "Preorder Policy".

New Preorder Policy 

For all eligible preorders products, you can choose to pay only a part of the preorder choosing "Preorder Deposit". If you choose this option you'll pay only the 30% of the price of the product and the shipping immediately. When the product will be available from one of our supplier we'll send you an invoice through Stripe or Paypal to pay for the remaining amount (Bargaining isn't allowed or we'll cancel the preorder). Please note that the amount of preorder deposit will be refunded as store credit in case of cancellation of the preorder. If for some reasons we cannot provide the product you ordered we'll refund you on the credit card or Paypal account you used for the payment. 

For all eligible preorders products, if you choose to pay the full price, the price will automatically have a 5% discount applied.

For preorders placed before 23 June 2021, it's always possible to ask for cancellation. For preorders placed from 23 June 2021 onward, it will be possible to ask for cancellation only until 3 months before the release date of the product. For late cancellations (from 3 months before the release date to the release date) the refund will be issued as store credit. Also, all Preorder Deposits cancelled will be refunded as store credit.

 

Please note that every attempt to get around the rules will be punished with account termination and cancellation of all preorders.

 

Refunds/Order Cancellation

For preorders placed before 23 June 2021, it's always possible to ask for cancellation. For preorders placed from 23 June 2021 onward, it will be possible to ask for cancellation only until 3 months before the release date of the product. For late cancellations (from 3 months before the release date to the release date) the refund will be issued as store credit. Also, all Preorder Deposits cancelled will be refunded as store credit.

If, on contrary, we cannot provide you the item you preordered, you'll receive full refund and a compensation for the inconvenience.

Products "Backorder" orders cannot be cancelled, since the product is ordered just on request. If you wish to cancel it please contact us and explain the reasons and we'll check case by case. 

 

Shipping

  

We usually ship with UPS or Express tracked postal service. 

 

For Extra Europe destinations, we usually ship with Express tracked postal service. Please be advised that there could be sometimes slowdowns in shipping, due to the availabilty of couriers. 

 

For some European countries, FREE SHIPPING is available! 

Our shipments are ALWAYS tracked, in every case.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

 

We are now introducing a loyalty program for our most affectionate customers!

Tiers are calculated by the amount spent on our store in the latest 365 days.  

Discounts for every tier are applied automatically so there is no specific action you have to do! If you are part of the Loyal Program you'll view all products in shop as "On Sale".

The only limitation we are applying is that a refunded preorder before the release date impact on the amount spent, so if you spent 650 euro in the latest 365 days but you decide to cancel a preorder of 100 euro, the total amount will become 650-100 = 550 Euro.
This limitation is applied also to cancelled backorders.

It's possible to enter the loyalty program only after the second order you place on our store, this is for logistic reasons.

 When you place a preorder deposit, the amount we consider for Loyalty program is the full price of the preorder, not the amount you paid as a deposit, in order to not penalize too much this kind of payment.

 

Here are the advantages of the Loyalty program for every tier:

If you are eligible for the Loyalty Program, you'll view all products on the shop as "On Sale", the amount of the discount will change depending by the tier you belong to.
